Important things to know:

  • Depending on the size, complexity and medium you request, a portraiture commission can take anywhere from 1 to 6 months to complete, fine art is not a good bet for a last minute present.
  • Grace’s passion is portraiture, currently she is not accepting commissions for architectural or landscape paintings, pets are negotiable.
  • Reference material is very important when creating a portrait. Vintage photographs can typically be scanned into a high resolution digital image. If the subject is present and living, it is best to take a high quality photograph in natural light. If you are unsure about the quality of your reference photo, please sent it along for review.
